Transcona Centennial Time Capsule Dedication, May 26, 2012

It was an historic occasion on May 26, 2012, Saturday. At 11 AM, the Freemasons of Manitoba and the Knights of Columbus held a joint Dedication Ceremony of the Time Capsule for the Transcona Centennial. We gathered at the Transcona Legion.

On our way to the Transcona Centennial Square about a block away from the Legion.

This is a very historic picture - the Knights of Columbus working together with the Freemasons.

What a beautiful sight!

We broke bread with the Knights.
Everyone agreed that we should have other joint activities with the Knights.

Thanks to the Transcona Legion Ladies for the food during Lunch after the Ceremony.

It was an excellent morning despite my lack of sleep. I went home quickly afterwards to get some rest before a Lodge Open Installation that evening. Read about it on my next article.
