Trip to the Philippines, May 4 (Day 12) - GLP Visit; Shopping at Greenhills; and Special Meeting of Capitol City Lodge No 174

On May 4 (Day 12), Friday, we went to the Grand Lodge of Philippines Plaridel Temple.

We dropped the temporary office of newly installed GM, MWB Boy Gabionza.

We also dropped by the office of Mabuhay Shriners in one of the buildings in the Plaridel Temple compound.

From Plaridel Masonic Temple, we proceeded to the Greenhills Shopping Center. Along the way, somewhere in Mandaluyong, we saw something very interesting - banks of electric meters high up on the electric poles.

In Greenhills, we had about an hour shopping.

We then had lunch at Jollibee. Everyone loved the food, except for the excessive mayonnaise in the sandwiches.

In the evening, we went to Capitol Masonic Temple in Quezon City. Traffic was so bad that we were late for the District NCR-E Turnover Meeting, presided by VWB Rox Malabanan. This is the District of my Mother Lodge, Capitol City Lodge No 174. Note that in the MW GLP, the DDGM has a rank of VWB.

We then proceeded to the Kowloon Restaurant near the Temple for the signing of the Twinning Agreement between Capitol City Lodge No 174, F&AM, MW GLP and Fil-Can Cabletow Lodge No 189, AF&AM, GL of MB.
