Trip to the Philippines, April 24 (Day 2) - Plaridel York Rite Bodies

On April 24, 2012, Tuesday, Plaridel York Rite Bodies held a special meeting. It was an open meeting so all of the Manitoba delegation were able to attend.
I became a Royal Arch Mason (RAM), Royal & Select Master (R&SM) and Knight Templar (KT) in Plaridel on March 21, 1992.
In the first picture, they surprised me by presenting me with a Certificate and Jewel of a Past High Priest (Honorary) of CW Rosenstock Chapter No 6, RAM.


In this picture, a second surprise. They presented me with a Certificate and Jewel of a Past Illustrious Master (Honorary) of GR Cariaga Memorial Council No 7, R&SM.

The last surprise was the presentation of a Certificate and Jewel of a Past Eminent Commander (Honorary) of Kalaw Commandery No 5, KT.

It was very humbling to be honored by the Companions & Sir Knights of Plaridel.

After the Meeting, we went to the Golden Fortune Restaurant (same place we were at the evening before). The food was excellent and the fellowship was warm.















Thanks to Exc Comp & SK Frank Stevens, Secretary, Plaridel York Rite Bodiue, for making the necessary arrangements for the Special Meeting. He informed me prior to the Meeting that they had some surprise presentations for me.
I was very pleasantly surprised and extremely humbled by the presentations.
It was also a pleasure meeting MEC Victorino R Floro, Jr and REC Victorino A Floro, III, the uncle and cousin of my classmate from high school.
It was a wonderful end to our second day in the Philippines.
