On March 3, 2012, Saturday, the Grand Lodge held a Dinner Theater Fundraiser at the MMC. Proceeds of the fundraiser will be allocated to a youth-related project of the Grand Lodge.
The play was created and directed by RWB Stano Spina, JGW. Sets and decoration were done by Sis Bernice Blakeman.

The room started to fill.

There was a Silent Auction, with prizes donated by some of the Lodges and Grand Lodge Officers.
At the door, collecting dinner tickets and selling tickets for the Silent Auction, Special Auction and 50/50 Draw were MWB Ted Jones, Grand Secretary, RWB Junn Manalang, Grand Director of Ceremonies and Sis Lisa Manalang.
Our daughter, Anna, and two of her friends attended.
It was a prime rib dinner with all the fixin's.

The play was interactive. Audience participation was encouraged.
During the intermission, RWB Doug Webster, SGW and Sis Val Webster yodeled.
A yodeling contest was then held. The male winner was RWB Jeff Chartrand.

It was an evening of fun. Everyone enjoyed the dinner, the play, the auctions and the fellowship.
By the way, the winner of the 50/50 Draw was VWB Bert Manalang, who bought the very last ticket sold.
